What to write about
- A number looks wrong. Tell us which page and what you expected — these sites exist to hand back numbers you can check, so a wrong one is a real bug.
- A page is broken on your phone or browser. Say which, and roughly what you saw.
- Your data. To ask what is recorded against your browser, or to have it deleted, see Privacy first — it lists every field — then write to us.
- An advert that is broken, misleading or inappropriate. Tell us which page it appeared on and we will pass it on to the network that served it.
- Using our data or pages for something else. Ask; the answer is often yes.
What we cannot help with
We do not give medical, financial or legal advice, and we cannot interpret a reading for you. The limits on what each site is for are set out in the terms.
